Yesterday, Greg, with Grant's "willing" help,  installed a vent on the roof of the can. He'd made a template of the roof shape and created a metal box which fit the profile. The spinner fits to the box nicely. This "should" alleviate all the crying from members about the humidity in the Can. As a bonus, there is now light in the can!!

Also, Grant (jeez we sure got our mileage out of Grant yesterday) climbed up and re-screwed and plus-screwed the roof panels. He also doubled up one corner with some left over paneling.  It would be nice if that held the roof for the winter, but members might as well start thinking about what we replace it with....

Al reported not enough wind at the field to turn the whirlybird today however. Don’t foresee that being an on going wind condition😉
